产品描述 Description

耐高温型铠装测温光缆是由螺旋不锈钢软管内置1～2芯传感光纤，软管外加高模量凯夫拉、不锈钢编织网及铁氟龙外护套组成。由于采用了铁弗龙（四氟乙烯）这种特殊材料，克服了传统螺旋钢管铠装型传感光缆高低温范围狭窄的缺点，使其长期使用温度扩展到－60℃～150℃，高温度可以达到200℃。此外，铁弗龙材料独特的导热快、绝缘电阻高、耐磨、耐化学腐蚀、不亲水、不亲油、硬度适中等特点，使光缆的适用领域得到极大的扩展。目前产品广泛应用于电力、石化等测温领域。

    Heat Resisting Armored Temperature Sensor Cable is composed by the built-in 1~2 core sensing cable of the spiral stainless steel soft pipe, Kevlar strengthening member, stainless steel braiding, and PTFE outer jacket which could overcome the deficiency of the narrow temperature range of the traditional spiral tube armored sensing cable to -60℃～150℃, even 200℃. In addition, because of many advantages such as quick thermal conductivity, high insulated resistance, hard-wearing, chemical resistance, non-hydrophilic, non-oleophylic, and middle rigidity, the PTFE material largely expands the application of cable. This kind of cable is widely used in the temperature sensing domains such as electric power and petrifaction.
