     Through the investigation of the rupture of the sensor insertion rod, the reasons are found, and the main reasons for the temperature sensor insertion rod rupture are as follows: The temperature sensor insertion rod is impacted by high-speed fluid, the load is too large, and the stress exceeds the limit, resulting in the insertion rod Rupture; The processing defects of the temperature sensor insertion rod itself cause stress concentration and easily cause the insertion rod to break; excessive vibration of the pipeline causes fatigue damage to the temperature sensor insertion rod; when fluid flows through the temperature sensor insertion rod, it induces vibration of the temperature sensor insertion rod.
